Algonquin College Community Employment Services provides a variety of employment services to support people of all ages who are looking for work or career information. This includes career counselling, workshops, industry-recognized certification training, on-the-job training support, help with resumes and cover letters, and much more. Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program

Attention high school students: did you know that you can start an apprenticeship in a skilled occupation while earning credits towards your diploma?

Attention businesses who employ skilled tradespersons: did you know that you can save training time and money by sponsoring a high school student who has decided to pursue a career in a skilled occupation?

If you are interested, call your local high school and ask for the guidance office or the Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program coordinator.
