Eganville Seniors – Cooking Connections

Eganville Seniors are excited to be starting back up with our Cooking Connections program!
Join them and Kacie from ConnectWell Community Health – Renfrew County for an educational cooking class on anti-inflammatory food. We will be cooking up some delicious dishes that are based on the Mediterranean Diet!
